Local businesses across the County told us they want more meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. During the G.R.O.W. Roundtable discussions, many shared that traditional networking often fell short, conversations happened in small pockets, and it wasn’t always clear who to connect with to gain real value.

Workshops were helpful, but not always aligned with the diverse skill levels and needs across our business community.

The Local Business Matters Series was created in direct response to this feedback. This interactive program blends guided conversation, peer-to‑peer learning, and targeted networking to spark collaboration, generate new ideas, and help businesses discover tools and resources that support their growth.
