  One-on-one support for local businesses to help them grow, overcome challenges, and seize new opportunities.
• Strategic Investment Support:
  Working in collaboration with Invest Ontario, Invest in Canada, and regional partners to attract, align, and facilitate investment in key sectors.
• Local Advantage Program:
  A region-wide initiative that provides networking, mentorship, and programming to strengthen local businesses and connect them with critical resources.
• Collaborative Partnerships:
  We work with Community Futures Peterborough, the Peterborough & the Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce, and municipal and First Nation partners to build supportive business ecosystems.
• Post-Secondary Collaboration:
  In partnership with Trent University, Fleming College, and Seneca’s School of Aviation, we help align programming and graduates with the needs of our priority sectors, ensuring a strong local talent pipeline.
• Sector Intelligence & Advocacy:
  We monitor market trends, economic shifts, and policy developments to remain agile, responsive, and effective advocates for the business community.
• Tourism and Experience Development:
  We support tourism operators, agri-tourism, and experience-based businesses that define Peterborough County’s unique visitor economy.
